Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of axonsystems.co (the "Site"). The Site is published by Axon Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Axon Systems", "we", "us").

By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. They are not the terms on which we do client work. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the agreement wins for everything within its scope.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational and marketing publication describing our practice. It is not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. We take on work only through a signed engagement agreement.

Descriptions of capabilities, methods, prior work, availability, and timelines are general and indicative. Availability statements reflect our position when written and change without notice.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about data architecture and AI integration. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. Do not act on it, or decline to act, without appropriate professional input. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of Site content alone.

3. Acceptable use

You may read the Site, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to help anyone else act unlawfully;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by denial-of-service or by placing unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for the purpose of building a competing offering or a commercial dataset;
• misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notice.

We may restrict or block access if you breach this section, without notice and without owing you anything.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, layout, design, graphics, code, and the Axon Systems name and marks, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property law.

You get no licence except the limited permission in Section 3 to read, quote with attribution, and link. Everything else, including reproduction, adaptation, redistribution, and use in training or fine-tuning a machine-learning model, requires our prior written consent.

Third-party names or marks appearing on the Site belong to their owners and their appearance implies no endorsement in either direction.

5. Availability

We provide the Site as-is and as-available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their practices, or their privacy handling. Follow them at your own risk and read their terms.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind relating to the Site, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or currency of content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that applies to you, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site, on any theory of liability, whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Axon Systems LLC and its members, managers, and personnel against any claim, loss, liability, and reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. That Policy is a separate privacy notice. It applies to you whether or not you accept these Terms, and it does not form part of them.

11. Governing law and forum

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or connected with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

This does not override any mandatory rule of law that entitles a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence, or that requires us to bring proceedings against a consumer there. Nor does it deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence. Where such a rule applies, it prevails over this section.

12. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The Effective Date and Version above always reflect the current text. Continuing to use the Site after a revision means you accept it. Material changes will be called out on this page.
